PrinTrace is print ERP for print shops and digital printing, made by DPS Soluzioni Informatiche S.r.l. in Rome. DPS has been working since 2002, is ISO 9001 certified and is a Microsoft Certified Partner. PrinTrace was born in 2010, designed with business owners from the graphic arts. Today it’s used by over 250 companies.

DPS Soluzioni Informatiche S.r.l. was founded in Rome in 2002 and builds bespoke management software for companies and public bodies, starting from their own processes and their own data. Over a hundred applications are active today, and in 2025 they handled 43,298 requests. The method is always the same, in six stages: analysis, design, development, testing, release, maintenance. After release, the same contacts stay in place, and environments, versions and changes remain documented. DPS works to an ISO 9001 certified quality system and is a Microsoft Certified Partner. PrinTrace is the product DPS built for the graphic arts. Not bespoke software for a single company: ready-made print ERP, built from the real work of a print shop.
PrinTrace, with the printing trade since 2010
In 2010, DPS began designing PrinTrace together with business owners from the graphic arts. Not generic management software adapted for printing. A system built from the real work of a print shop: quote, job, job ticket, delivery note, invoice. The words used on the shop floor are the words used in the software.
Today, PrinTrace is used by over 250 printing companies: offset print shops, digital print centres, large-format businesses, and companies with cutting plotters, embroidery and screen printing. They answer by phone and email during office hours, Monday to Friday 9am-1pm and 2pm-6pm. Every request opens a ticket, and you get an email at every change of status, through to closure. It’s included in the monthly fee.

They come to your company or connect online for the 45-minute demo on your own jobs.
