What changes day to day
Family-run company
You do the quotes yourself, often after dinner. With guided steps the calculation takes a few minutes and you get your evening back.

The method, in full
The sample is 30 printing companies using PrinTrace, year 2025. The reference times are 10 minutes for a quote, 5 for a job ticket, 5 for an invoice, 5 to answer the question “where’s my job?”. Working days are 290. The hourly cost is €25 an hour, deliberately low compared with the real average cost of labour in the sector.
The improvement percentages are average figures recorded on the sample: 40% less time on quotes, 50% on job tickets, 60% on invoices. They are not a guarantee of results. Results depend on company structure, volumes, internal processes and the level of software adoption.
The calculation only considers quotes, job tickets, invoices and status update requests. Delivery notes, accounting, production and inventory are left out: the total is an underestimate. Sample data is processed anonymously and in aggregate.
