Privacy policy

Data controller

The up-to-date list of processors and persons authorised to process data is held at the registered office of the Data controller.

1. Purpose and manner of processing

Processing will be carried out using paper-based, IT and telematic tools, in compliance with the rules in force and the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, relevance, completeness and non-excessiveness, accuracy, and with organisational and processing logic strictly related to the purposes pursued, in any case in a way that guarantees the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data processed, in compliance with the organisational, physical and logical measures set out in the provisions in force.

2. Purpose of the processing

The personal data you provide will be processed for the following purposes:

  • a) communications by e-mail, post, SMS, phone contact, newsletters for commercial offers and advertising material on products, services, promotion of trade fairs and events, and satisfaction surveys;
  • b) to provide an overall demonstration and some technical detail on the PrinTrace product/service;
  • c) purposes connected with obligations under laws, regulations and EU legislation, as well as provisions issued by authorities so empowered by law or by supervisory and control bodies;
  • d) market research, economic and statistical analysis possibly also based on profiling activities, market research in order to offer relevant and targeted offers. This includes, for example, studies on the satisfaction of prospects and/or customers regarding our services and events. In this area, whenever possible, we process exclusively anonymised and aggregated data.

3. Duration of the processing

The data provided for the purposes listed above will be kept for a maximum period of 15 years and, in any case, until you withdraw your consent, by contacting the controller through the following channels: by filling in the request at the web address https://www.dpssrl.com/it/Contatti or by phone on +39 06 5290689.

4. Disclosure of data

Your data may be disclosed for the purposes listed above:

  • to employees and staff of the Controller, in their capacity as persons authorised and/or internal processors and/or system administrators;
  • to third-party companies or other parties (for example, credit institutions, professional firms, consultants, insurance companies providing insurance services, etc.) that carry out outsourced activities on behalf of the Controller, in their capacity as external data processors;
  • to Public Bodies, Police Forces or other Public and Private Parties, but exclusively in order to fulfil obligations under law, regulation or EU legislation.

Dissemination: the data will be disseminated for the purposes set out above only within the limits indicated.

Recipients: the data provided will be processed exclusively by persons authorised to process data and duly instructed, as well as through data processors bound to the Controller by a specific contract, for example: accounting firm, employment consultant, legal consultant and other professionals who, by providing goods or services, act on behalf of the Controller (Processors or authorised persons).

It is understood that the data processed will be exclusively that necessary to achieve the specific purpose.

5. Place of processing

Your personal data is stored on servers located in Italy.

6. Nature of the data provided and consequences of refusal to respond

Providing data for purposes a), b) and c) is optional, but without consent it will not be possible to receive any offers, communications and/or commercial offers.

Providing data for purpose d) is optional, but without consent it will not be possible to carry out market research and therefore to offer you the most suitable offer.

7. Rights of the data subject (Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 of the GDPR)

We inform you of the existence of the right of access to personal data, of rectification, of erasure (“the right to be forgotten”), of restriction of processing, of data portability and of objection at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you.

We also inform you that you have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of your data at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before the withdrawal (Article 7(3) of the GDPR).

Under Article 77 of the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State where you habitually reside, work, or where the alleged infringement occurred.

8. Cookies and measurement tools

With the consent given through the banner, the site uses Google Analytics 4 for visit statistics, and Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight to measure campaigns.
