Offset
The price of an offset job changes with the format, the paper and the quantity. Working it out by hand for every variant eats up half a morning. With PrinTrace’s guided steps, the price always comes from the same data. Comparative quotes put several quantities on the same document.
Digital printing
In digital printing, jobs are numerous, small and urgent. Many quotes a day, short runs, tight deadlines. With duplicate quote, you start from a job you’ve already done instead of rewriting it. An accepted quote becomes a job without re-entering anything.
Large format
Every sign has a different size and a different material. The cost changes with what you’re mounting and how much material is left over. PrinTrace calculates quotes for large format and for flatbed cutting plotters. Inventory keeps materials, consumption and waste in line with production.
