This page explains which cookies PrinTrace uses, what they are for, and how you can choose which ones to accept.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files that the site saves on your device. They make the site work, remember your choices, or collect statistical or advertising information. Some are necessary, others only run if you allow them.
How you choose
On your first visit, a banner appears. Until you make a choice, no non-technical cookie and no third-party script runs. You can:
- Accept all cookies;
- Reject non-technical cookies (both options carry equal weight);
- Customise your choice by category.
Closing the banner with the X is the same as continuing with technical cookies only.
Your choice remains valid for 6 months, after which you will be asked again (sooner, if the tools we use change). You can change it at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page, or from the button below. If you withdraw consent, first-party analytics cookies are deleted.

Anyone who logs into the WordPress reserved area (DPS staff only) also receives WordPress session cookies (wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_*, wp-settings-*). Site visitors do not receive these.
Statistics
Active only if you give consent. We use Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregated data on visits and pages viewed.

Third-party content: Google Maps
On the Contact page, the map does not load automatically. It only appears after you click “Show the map”. At that point Google receives your IP address and may use its own cookies. Before you click, no call is made to Google.
The site’s fonts are served directly by PrinTrace: no call is made to Google Fonts.
Transfer of data outside the European Union
Google, Meta and LinkedIn adhere to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which governs the transfer of data to the United States.
How to block cookies from your browser
You can also block or delete cookies directly from your browser settings, independently of the choices made on the PrinTrace banner.
