Notes, sources and disclaimer
The data and estimates in this analysis are compiled by the PrinTrace team. The sample is 30 printing companies using the software. Data was collected in two ways. Direct analysis of usage data recorded by the software in 2025. Reconstruction of the operating times before the system was adopted, done together with the same clients.
The improvement percentages (-40% quotes, -50% job tickets, -60% invoices) are average values recorded across the sample. They are not a guarantee of results. They don’t include other operational benefits of more structured management.
Results achievable vary based on company structure, workload volumes, internal processes and the level of software adoption. The economic estimates use a conventional hourly cost of €25 an hour. This is a deliberately conservative figure compared with the real average cost of labour in the sector. The sample’s personal and company data is handled anonymously and in aggregate.
