It isn’t a general-purpose ERP
It’s built around the processes of printing and the graphic arts. If you’re looking for software that suits any industry, this isn’t it.
We don’t promise what isn’t there
If you ask about a feature PrinTrace doesn’t have during the demo, we’ll tell you straight away. We’d rather give you a clear no than a surprise after you’ve signed.
It doesn’t do public web-to-print
The customer portal is private: only people with the credentials you give them can log in. It isn’t an online shop open to anyone who visits the site.
It doesn’t force you to move your accounting
You can use PrinTrace up to issuing the invoice. The rest stays where it is today. You switch on accounting later, when you’re ready.
How you get started
- Meeting. 45 minutes, online or in person, on your own typical jobs.
- Onboarding. Basic initial setup and loading of customer, supplier, cost, price, time and material records for your main jobs: we do it with your own data.
- Up and running. You do your first quote with us. After that, support answers by phone and email during office hours.
